Craig Foley holds the position of AVP and Regional Director for the Southeast Region

He joined Oxford Life^® with 20 years of leadership experience which includes over 12 years of success in the financial services and insurance industry. His career covers serving as a securities registered representative, licensed life & health personal producer, along with various sales and management positions.

James Codney is the AVP and Regional Director of Oxford Life for the Southwest Region.

With over 10 years in the insurance industry, Jim previously was a program manager with Oxford Life. Prior to this, he was in sales and branch office management. This experience provided him with valuable insight into the daily challenges of our producers.

Chad Knies is the AVP and Regional Director of Oxford Life for the Northeast Region.

Chad joins Oxford Life with over 15 years experience in the insurance and financial services industry. He has served as Vice-President of Marketing for both insurance and marketing companies in support of life and annuity distribution.

Chad holds a life and health insurance license. He received his Bachelor Degree in Marketing and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Indiana State University.

Lance Morrow is the AVP and Regional Director of Oxford Life for the Northwest Region.

Lance has more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience with over 25 of those years in the insurance and financial services industry. Lance spent nearly 15 years as a personal insurance producer before joining an Independent Marketing Organization as a Regional Director.

Lance was formerly variable licensed and continues to maintain his life and health licenses.
